Booking happens somewhere else

When you continue to a booking channel

The booking button on each listing names its destination, such as the owner's own website, Airbnb, Vrbo, or a property manager. Once you leave this site, that provider controls pricing, fees, availability, payment handling, cancellation policy, and any guest protection program.

What we do not control

• Rates, taxes, cleaning fees, or deposits
• Availability calendars and instant-book behavior
• Refunds, cancellations, and rebooking
• Disputes between a traveler and an owner or platform

Inquiry-only listings

Some listings have no external booking link. For those, we forward your message to the owner. Everything after that message is agreed directly between you and the owner.

Broken or wrong links

We check booking links on a recurring basis, but they can change without notice. If a link is broken or leads to the wrong property, report it and we will review the listing.
