How this site works

What we do

We publish factual listings for vacation rentals between Algonac and Port Austin, add community context, and route travelers to the channel the owner actually uses to take reservations.

What we do not do

We do not process reservations or payments, hold deposits, guarantee availability or pricing, mediate disputes, or inspect properties. Any agreement is between the traveler and the owner or the external booking platform.

Listing statuses

Unclaimed means we compiled the listing from limited public factual information. Owner Claimed means an account holder established an owner or authorized-manager relationship. Verified Listing means the listing completed our documented authority, content, and booking-channel review. Verification is not a safety, legal, or quality certification.

Paid placement

Featured and Sponsored labels indicate paid promotional visibility, never an editorial endorsement. Brooks Beach is labeled Platform Founding Property because it is owned by the platform founders.

Keeping listings accurate

Owners confirm their facts on a recurring basis, we check booking links, and anyone can report inaccurate information or request removal of a listing.
