Owner Terms
The terms that apply to owners and authorized managers who list properties with us.
These Owner Terms are an agreement between you and Continue Marketing LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, which operates Thumb Coast Vacation Rentals. They supplement our Terms of Use.
By claiming or submitting a listing you confirm that you are the owner or an authorized manager, that the facts you supply are accurate, and that you hold the rights to every photo you upload. Continue Marketing LLC may edit, unpublish, or remove a listing that is inaccurate, unauthorized, or the subject of an unresolved dispute.
Paid listing plans are sold and invoiced by Continue Marketing LLC, operating Thumb Coast Vacation Rentals, and card payments are handled by our payment provider. Paid placement never obligates Continue Marketing LLC to publish information we cannot support. Reservations, payments from guests, cancellations, availability, and pricing remain entirely yours to manage through your own authorized booking source.
