What you get
Regional intent traffic
Visitors browsing Algonac to Port Austin, not a national marketplace where you compete with everywhere else. Exposure is not a guarantee of bookings or revenue.
Your booking channel
We link to your own site, your Airbnb or Vrbo page, or your manager, with booking-link tracking and inquiry forwarding. We never insert ourselves into the reservation.
No commission
We take no percentage of a booking. Plans are flat and optional, and a Basic listing is free.
How listing or claiming works
1. Claim or submit. If your property is already in the directory as an Unclaimed Listing, claim it. If it is not here yet, submit it. Properties must sit within the launch geography from Algonac north to Port Austin.
2. We confirm authority. We check that you are the owner or an authorized manager before you can edit a listing.
3. Review and publish. We review the facts and photos you supply. You confirm you have the right to use every photo you upload. Submitting a listing does not publish it.
4. Optional upgrades. Verified Listing review or Featured placement can be added after approval. Payment is only collected once a listing is approved. A Verified Listing is a listing review, not a property inspection, safety certification or licensing certification.
